Mantinia EstateASTALA is made from organically cultivated grapes harvested in a family-owned mountain-top vineyard with very low yield per stremma (= 1000 m²). It is pleasing to one's sense of smell because its aromas of such flowers as jasmine, honeysuckle and rose combine with fruity aromas including tart apple, apricot, melon and lemon.
Syrah
Mantinia EstateDomaine Spiropoulos SYRAH results from the careful processing of an exceptional basic ingredient which derives from a small vineyard plot within the company's property. It is a deep ruby-red wine with iodine-colored highlights, deploying a characteristic and intricate bouquet flavors of violet and black-berry, black pepper and smoke, as well as pleasing notes of wood and vanilla. It is rich and buttery and has great volume, while in the aftertaste the flavors persist long after the last sip.
