Domaine Spiropoulos SYRAH results from the careful processing of an exceptional basic ingredient which derives from a small vineyard plot within the company's property. It is a deep ruby-red wine with iodine-colored highlights, deploying a characteristic and intricate bouquet flavors of violet and black-berry, black pepper and smoke, as well as pleasing notes of wood and vanilla. It is rich and buttery and has great volume, while in the aftertaste the flavors persist long after the last sip.
It may be aged for at least eight to ten years from the year of production if always kept resting on its side.
