ASTALA is made from organically cultivated grapes harvested in a family-owned mountain-top vineyard with very low yield per stremma (= 1000 m²). It is pleasing to one's sense of smell because its aromas of such flowers as jasmine, honeysuckle and rose combine with fruity aromas including tart apple, apricot, melon and lemon.

The complex Moschofilero grape calls attention to its elegant and more distinctive dimension in Domaine Spiropoulos Mantinia. Produced exclusively from selected organically grown grapes from the family-owned vineyards in the upland region of Mantinia. With roses, lemon-blossom and bergamot aromas which peak on the palate, and slightly acidy and refreshing flavor.
Careful blending of the Cabernet sauvignon grape with Cabernet franc and Merlot has yielded this PORFYRO. Using grapes which come from organic vineyards restricted in size and output, we create this mature and sophi-sticated wine, which ages in new French oak barrels. With deep purple color and the complex aromas of spices, smoke and wood, and with its rich, velvety texture, PORFYROS is a wine suitable for aging, but it can be enjoyed right now as well.
